A calmer way to fix WordPress

You show us the symptom. We find the cause.

You shouldn’t need to understand PHP errors, plugin conflicts or webhooks to ask for help. Tell us what is happening and what should happen instead—we’ll take it from there.

Start with the problem
01

A price you can approve

We review the problem first and confirm the right fixed-price package before repair work begins.

02

A careful repair

We trace the cause and make the smallest responsible change that delivers the result you need.

03

Checks before handover

The fix is tested against the agreed problem, with staging, backups and source control used where appropriate.

04

An explanation that makes sense

You’ll know what went wrong, what changed and whether there is anything worth doing next.

Is the Fix Desk right for you?

A focused repair works best when there’s a clear problem to solve.

This is a good fit when…

  • You can point to a specific WordPress or WooCommerce problem
  • You know what should happen, even if you do not know why it is broken
  • The right website or hosting access can be arranged securely
  • A successful outcome can be described and checked

You may need a different route when…

  • You want a broad redesign or an open-ended list of improvements
  • The site has been compromised and needs malware or forensic investigation
  • You need ongoing content entry, general administration or unlimited work
  • There is no practical way to access, back up or review the website

Not sure? That’s completely fine. Show us the problem and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Your enquiries have suddenly gone quiet.

Your enquiries have suddenly gone quiet.

A form can look as though it worked while the enquiry never reaches your inbox or CRM. We follow the full journey to find where it stops. That can include Contact Form 7, missing email notifications, webhooks, CRM connections and data that is not reaching the right system.
Customers cannot complete checkout.

Customers cannot complete checkout.

WooCommerce problems often arrive after an update or when several extensions touch the same part of the buying journey. We reproduce what the customer sees, isolate the cause and agree the safest repair. We can also help with unexpected totals, broken buttons, payment-step behaviour and conflicts between commercial plugins.
An update has knocked something out.

An update has knocked something out.

Sometimes the visible problem sits below the WordPress editor. We investigate PHP errors, JavaScript conflicts, custom snippets, templates and bespoke plugins with the right level of code review and testing. If rebuilding a fragile feature would be safer than patching it again, we will explain that before the scope changes.
Your site feels slow or unstable.

Your site feels slow or unstable.

We can trace performance-related code issues, reduce avoidable script conflicts and make proportionate security-hardening changes within a defined scope. If the site needs specialist malware removal, forensic investigation or hosting intervention, we will say so and recommend a safer route rather than sell you the wrong fix.

What happens next

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know whether my problem is a Quick Fix?
A Quick Fix usually has one visible symptom and one clear result, such as getting a broken form working, repairing a layout fault or correcting a specific plugin conflict. You do not need to choose perfectly—we review what you send and confirm the right package before you commit.
Can you fix a WordPress website built by another developer?
Yes. We regularly investigate WordPress themes, plugins and integrations built or configured by other suppliers. We need suitable access and may recommend a separate diagnosis when the cause or condition of the website is unclear.
Will the price change once you start?
The problem and outcome we agree with you are covered by the fixed price. If we uncover a separate issue or a wider requirement, we pause, explain it and quote before doing any additional work—there are no surprise extras.
Do I need to send you my password?
Not through the enquiry form. We first review the problem, then arrange a secure way to share only the access needed for the agreed work. Depending on the fault, that might include WordPress, hosting, a staging site, error logs or a code repository.
Can you help with checkout, forms and failed emails?
Yes. Typical work includes WooCommerce faults, missing or failed emails, Contact Form 7 integrations, theme layout problems, JavaScript conflicts, PHP compatibility issues, custom plugin repairs and import or export tools.
Do you repair hacked WordPress websites?
We can assess security-related code and configuration changes, but a compromised website may need specialist incident response, hosting support or malware removal outside the standard Fix Desk packages. We will explain the safest route after an initial review and never offer an absolute security guarantee.
Do you provide white-label WordPress support for agencies?
Yes. Design and marketing agencies can use Web Wonderland for confidential overflow troubleshooting, development and technical review. Reserved support allocations are available where recurring capacity is more suitable than individual fixes.
Do you offer WordPress fixes outside Essex?
Yes. Web Wonderland is based in Chelmsford and supports businesses and agencies throughout Essex and across the UK using secure remote access, staging and review workflows.
