What we did.
Working within the existing framework, we overhauled performance from the ground up, removing redundant content, compressing rich media, and migrating to a faster, more reliable hosting platform. We integrated a powerful product video front and centre on the homepage, leveraging the brand’s beautiful imagery to elevate impact and engagement.
From there, we reworked key UX touchpoints across the buyer journey. Every step, from browsing to checkout, was streamlined, removing friction and highlighting value.
