We have been working with Web Wonderland to design and develop a new website for my business. From start to finish Andy and Iain listened to our needs and turned them into reality by quickly understanding a quite bespoke trade to create perfect solutions. They’re always responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend the team for any new project!

TrophyMan
TrophyMan has supplied trophies, medals and awards from its Southampton showroom since 1975. Schools, sports clubs, leagues and businesses rely on the team for everything from a single engraved cup to hundreds of personalised medals for an end-of-season presentation.
The business is built on knowledgeable staff, careful engraving and a team that checks the details before production. The new website needed to bring that same care to online ordering.

A store that works the way TrophyMan does.
The previous Bluepark website generated few online sales. The catalogue was difficult to browse, personalisation options were limited, and larger orders depended on phone calls and emails to agree quantities, names and deadlines.
Online and in-store orders also followed different processes. The brief was to make the website a useful sales channel: easier to shop, better suited to personalised products, and connected to the way the showroom team already worked.
We rebuilt the website on WordPress and WooCommerce, giving TrophyMan control of its platform and room to develop it as the business grows.

A catalogue built around the customer.
More than 500 products moved across into ten clear categories, covering trophies, medals, cups, glass awards, personalised gifts and the wider range.
Customers can narrow their search by sport, material, award type and price. A football club secretary, school office or business organiser can approach the catalogue in a way that makes sense for their event.
Clear product information and a consistent layout give each award a useful place in the new store, with a direct route into personalisation and ordering.

Personalisation without the guesswork.
Engraving and finishing options now sit together on the product page. Any surcharge is shown before the item goes into the basket, helping customers understand what they are ordering and what it will cost.
The new design-your-own medal feature lets customers choose from nine 50mm medals, select a ribbon and upload their own centre artwork. It turns a specialist product into a guided online journey.
The details that matter to TrophyMan’s team are part of the buying process, rather than being left for a separate conversation after checkout.

A proper route for bulk and team orders.
Larger orders need more than a quantity box. We built a dedicated journey around TrophyMan’s process: the customer shares a brief, the team checks the details, and the customer approves before production.
The quote form gathers organisation type, quantities, deadline, budget range, product references and personalisation. Customers can attach a spreadsheet of names or their artwork directly.
It gives the team a fuller brief from the outset and makes the “details checked before production” promise consistent wherever an order starts.

The showroom’s expertise. An online store to match.
TrophyMan now has a modern store where customers can browse the range, personalise their awards and order online, with a dedicated route for larger requirements.
The business’s history, customer reviews, showroom information and delivery details are visible where customers make their decisions. The online experience reflects the knowledge and care behind the counter.
Built for the next chapter. A shared approach to online and showroom orders gives the team a more consistent way of working. Web Wonderland continues to host and maintain the site, supporting the platform after launch.
