Ampersand Associates are a growing business based in Essex, serving UK wide retail, NHS and commercial businesses. Their existing website required an overhaul, c.10 years old, it lacked all the services the business now provided, it also lacked the slick professional service Ampersand conveyed everywhere else. In short, it detracted from the brand rather than adding kudos.
The brand marketed itself via traditional means, and didn’t rely too heavily on the website pulling its weight, however they wanted this to change.
With a strong brand vision, and a host of different services, and industries to appeal to, we needed to get this one right. There was more post the website..

The task in hand.
Working within strict brand guidelines, Web Wonderland was tasked with a complete overhaul of the existing site, one that the ever-changing business could be proud of. One that showcased all services and the may case studies. And one that demonstrated to their key target audiences, that, with this business, they were in safe hands. The brief was clear, as was our vision.. Post the website launch, the Ampersand team invited us back to run their social media presence. This involved us working with the team to develop the brand across multiple platforms, devising a monthly schedule of contact, designing and curating the copy that went with each post, as well as the day to day execution of the posting.
What we did.
Designing an impactful homepage video, that incorporated a nod to each target market was key. From then on, devising a slick method of conveying each and every service offered was the next task. The team are a hugely valuable asset to Ampersand and they wanted to recognise that on the site, as well as customer feedback to show their expertise. All wrapped in up a well branded, super quick, responsive website that elevated the brands work, their expertise and services offered. With regards to the social media marketing, incorporating structure into the day to day posts was paramount, we agreed a monthly schedule, designed, wrote the copy, targeted the correct audience and posted. Transforming the Ampersand social pages into something more engaging for their audiences and instantly recognisable in terms of branding consistency.

A new, fast, modern website that caters for the right audiences and conveys the excellence that brand deserves. Social marketing that elevates the brand, provides a consistent message, injects professionalism and a bit of fun, and above all, generates business!
